Yes, but he is calling his new employees “happy critters”. What a creep.
“He announced via phone this week that he’s looking for “happy critters” to staff his 2,034-suite Encore, a bronze tower next to 3-year-old Wynn Las Vegas that he says could open in late December. “

Yeah, there’s probably a better way to refer to your employees! I saw a TV interview with him where he said that even cocktail waitresses were making $80-100k. Can that be right?!?
