#153: A World Traveler’s View - Best/Worst 3 Things About Las Vegas
June 6, 2012
After agreeing that Pimpin’ Wayne provided the world’s greatest blender, aptly named Margaritaville, to the VVN international pool party this last weekend, special guest and U.K. Ambassador Neil Mitchell joins Scott on Living In Las Vegas this week. Neil shares why he and his wife Sarah have chosen Las Vegas as their holiday destination more than twenty times, followed by what he’d change so more folks would do the same.

#115: How to Safely Attend a Ted Nugent Concert
July 6, 2011
For this edition of Living in Las Vegas, as we recover from a 4th of July weekend that included full-contact Mexican Dominoes and viewer questions about the terror that is the Stratosphere “rides”, Melissa and Scott debate the “message” Uncle Ted Nugent delivered during his concert. Show notes:

64: Dining at Wynn Encore, New Year’s Eve with 20-Somethings and Live Video
January 11, 2009
Because we enjoy having guests at the Whitney Villa, one of the great things about Living in Las Vegas is hosting/entertaining visitors when they come to town. For today’s Living in Las Vegas Podcast, we first take our kids (who are visiting from California) to Wynn Encore for $ome fancy dining. Then, we review our New Year’s Eve party which brought in nine additional 20-somethings to the house and taught me a bit about bouncing back after puking, that some kids can drink faster than I ever could, and that if you play your cards right, you can get a secret XBOX 360 code for unlimited songs in Rock Star. Show notes: (Now where did I put my NutriTorture snack bar. . .oh, and there is some swearing in this episode)

What do you get when you add 15 or so 20-something kids, two 40-something adults, and a variety of drinking games based on Rock Band and Wii Fit?
A visit from the police?
No.
Sounds more like a party to me! And when I think party, I think Live Video Stream. And so, for those of you who’ve decided to stay in this New Years Eve, but want to peek into what a bunch of Whitney VIlla guests will be up to over the course of this evening, take a visit to www.whitneyvilla.com. For those of you into live interaction, there’s a chat feature available as well!
Have a fun and safe NYE!!
